Senior Project Manager

Leverage your technical experience and join our expanding team as a Senior Project Manager! We are seeking an experienced project manager to manage multiple large-scale enterprise projects and the overall project schedule as well as support and mentor the business units in project management and project process.

This role works with the C-Level Executives, Directors, and business owners to initiate, and manage project timelines, plans, teams, and deliverables. Also, the senior project manager should have a strong customer-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a team environment plus motivate the business community with the PM vision. The typical starting base pay for this position is $88,000 to $110,000 per year, plus 10% bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple business-critical DAS, Small Cell, and WiFi projects of varying size simultaneously.
• Develop project scope, schedules, projects plans and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office products, keeping tight deadlines on-time and on budget.
• Develop communication plans and communications to projects teams, stakeholders, and sponsors. Providing leadership to the project team members and across the organization.
• Plan, schedule and facilitate reviews and status of key project lifecycle milestones with all levels - from project team members to executives.
• Ensure that Project Management tools and methodologies are appropriately applied
• Ability to identify resistance, welcome constructive conflict, and build solutions
• Able to motivate and energize team members and the business community with the Project Management vision
• Oversee and maintain liaison between all parties concerned with the project to facilitate any changes or modifications and to facilitate the resolution of project problems including vendors
• Provide support where necessary for initiatives and short-term projects as assigned by the manager and mentor and review PM's and Junior PM's when necessary

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience within a DAS environment
• Strong familiarity with construction lifecycle practices, agile and project methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor
• Proven client management skills
• Must be a strong role model capable of promoting project management processes
• Certifications (or willingness to achieve certification within 180 days) with all the major DAS equipment OEMs (Solid, JMA, CommScope, and Corning).
• Travel up to 75% and willing to be available 24 hours as needed on projects
• Familiarity with RF principles regarding RF testing and RF performance standards pertaining to the carriers' KPIs.
• Organize and conduct meetings within a dynamic internal team to meet company objectives.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving regarding DAS deployments.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
