Our Minneapolis headquarters has an immediate opening for a full-time Recruiting Coordinator. This position contributes to SRF innovation and lasting solutions by providing high-quality, essential human resources services, and support to our employees and departments.

Job Description:

  • Works on routine tasks according to specific procedures under close supervision.
  • Help further our company's brand through job postings, social media promotion and supporting career fairs.
  • Schedule candidate interviews; manage candidate confirmation and technology set-up process.
  • Follow up with Hiring Manager's to collect interview feedback.
  • Support administration of SRF's requisition inbox.
  • Cultivate a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, including timely communications.
  • Support candidate review and selection as needed; including providing orientations for interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks & background checks.
  • Draft and proof offer letters as needed.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining Affirmative Action/diversity organization connections.
  • Assist with initiatives in improving candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Contribute to the success of fall and spring career fairs planning and preparation.
  • Contribute to the success of the summer internship program and events.
  • Assist with maintaining various MS Excel-based recruiting reports and ATS management.
  • Assist with identifying recruiting strategies and support execution to meet annual hiring goals.
  • Prepare and maintain adequate supply of recruiting materials and packets.
  • Participate in annual and ad hoc projects.
  • Prepare new hire packets and orientation folders for onboarding.
  • 25% Support miscellaneous HR duties such as:
    • Assist with filing of paperwork.
    • Partner with the HR Specialist in completing invoices for benefits.
    • Complete employment verifications.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field from an accredited school or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred HR internship or one year of recruiting/HR experience.
  • Experience with ATS data management a plus.
  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time; occasionally walk.
  • Ability to express or exchange ideas through spoken or written word.
  • Ability to reach with hands/arms and make substantial repetitive movements with wrists, hands, and fingers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds.
  • Possess close vision for reading and computer work.
