Leads the strategic and sales planning efforts for key revenue generating and business development programs for segments of Consumer and Business Banking.

This person will,

  • Responsible for developing the overall strategy, objectives and tactical plans for key business and/or revenue generating and business development programs

  • Collaborate with Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) leaders to develop goals and execute the go-to-market, change management and training plans

  • Responsible for establishing and optimizing benchmarking, reporting and measurement for the key programs

Requirements
Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Required

Experience

  • 7-10 years Leading and managing complex sales and revenue-generating programs and projects with multi-channel impact. Required

  • 7-10 years Strong cross-team collaboration and communication working with Marketing, Finance and IT/PMO functions. Required

  • 4-7 years Building and managing sales teams preferably within Consumer and Small Business Banking. Required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date Required
